It applies to information submitted through this website, by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or during direct communication with our team. By making an enquiry, you ask us to use the details you provide to answer that enquiry and, where requested, arrange your stay.

Information we receive and why

We may receive your name, phone number, email address, preferred dates, group size, accommodation needs, and the text of your request. We use it to check availability, prepare a quotation, answer questions, coordinate a booking, provide guest support, prevent misuse, and keep the records reasonably required to operate the resort. Please do not submit payment-card details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive data through the general enquiry form.

Sharing, security, and retention

Information is available only to LakesideMantra personnel and service providers who need it to handle the request, operate website infrastructure, or deliver an agreed stay. We do not sell enquiry information. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. We retain enquiry records only as long as they are useful for the requested service, legal compliance, dispute handling, or legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise them.
